Powertrains & Performance

Depending on the trim level you choose, you will find one of two engines under the hood of the 2019 Yukon. The base engine is a 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 with a six-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain produces 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque.

The second engine — optional on the SLT trim and standard on the Denali trim — is a 6.2-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine. It comes with a six-speed automatic transmission and delivers 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.

    Inside, the 2019 Yukon provides a spacious and comfortable interior for you and your family. This large SUV seats up to eight, while also offering a quiet, luxurious interior. Its design is simple, yet elegant, and features high-quality materials on every trim level.

    The Denali trim offers superior luxury with perforated leather-appointed seating, a heated steering wheel, and third-row power fold-flat seats. You have access to 15.3 cubic feet behind the third-row seats. When you fold the back rows down, your cargo space grows to 51.7 cubic feet behind the second row and 94.7 cubic feet overall.

      The 2019 Yukon comes with a variety of features. On the base SLE trim level, you will find standard features like a Rear Vision Camera, a built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi® hotspot, an 8.0-inch diagonal GMC Infotainment System, a SiriusXM® Radio trial, HD Radio™, a Bose® premium audio system, tri-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and Rainsense™ automatic wipers.

      Higher trim levels include find available features like an auto-dimming rearview mirror, power-adjustable pedals, a heated steering wheel, heated second-row seats, wireless charging, a hands-free power tailgate, and heated auto-dimming outside mirrors. They also offer driver-assistance features like Forward Collision Alert, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert.
